Is there a dress code?

What are the matchday timings for hospitality?
Please check the event itinerary provided with your ticket(s) as timings are subject to change.
What time do the bars close?
Here at Newcastle Red Bulls, we don’t have a set closing time post-match within hospitality however areas of the stadium will begin to close in line with demand so you may be politely asked to move to a different bar should you wish to continue with your celebrations.
Can I change the host name on my booking?
Yes, please notify us as soon as possible ahead of the event at hospitality@newcastleredbulls.com
How do I access Kingston Park Stadium?
All hospitality areas can be accessed via the West Stand Hospitality Entrance, located at the top end of the west side of the stadium. You will be greeted by a member of our fantastic hospitality team who will direct you to your suite.
Please note that access to the Club, Suite and Box Levels is restricted to guests holding a valid Club, Suite or Box Level ticket for the relevant fixture or event.
How do I pay for drinks?
Drinks can be pre-ordered as part of your hospitality package no later than five days prior to the fixture. This can be done via your booking portal or contact a member of our hospitality team at hospitality@newcastleredbulls.com
On the day you have the choice to pay as you go or set up a tab and settle before departure.
What do I do if i need to amend or cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate amendments where possible.
Changes to bookings can be made up to five days before the fixture.
With sufficient notice, hospitality bookings may be transferred to a future fixture, subject to availability. For our seasonal clients full table bookings can be banked with a minimum of two weeks' notice, while individual places can be banked with a minimum of one week's notice.
Please note that bookings amended, cancelled, or reduced outside of these timescales will remain fully chargeable.
Can I park at the stadium?
In packages where parking is included, you can request a car park pass as part of your hospitality booking on the ratio of one car park pass per four spaces booked.
Car parking is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
There is dedicated hospitality parking and stewards on site to direct you.

Is Kingston Park Stadium a non-smoking venue?
In accordance with government legislation, Kingston Park Stadium has a no smoking policy throughout the entire stadium, including the stadium seating bowl. This applies to all tobacco products, e-cigarettes and vapes.
Is Kingston Park Stadium cashless?
Yes. Kingston Park Stadium is a cashless venue, so all purchases must be made using a debit card, credit card, or contactless payment method. Cash is not accepted within the stadium.
Is there disability access?
The West Stand Hospitality Entrance is equipped with lifts providing access from the ground floor to both the Club Level and Suite Level hospitality areas. The lifts are suitable for wheelchair users and mobility scooters.
Accessible toilets are available on both the Club Level and Suite Level.
Accessible parking is available on site on a first-come, first-served basis.
We also have a limited number of accessible viewing bays with companion seating within the West Stand stadium bowl. If you would like to check availability or request one of these spaces, please contact us at hospitality@newcastleredbulls.com before your visit.
