Picking four stand-out fixtures throughout the season, our elevated match-day showcases the best local flavours in sophisticated surroundings.
Starting with the Gallagher PREM visit of Sale Sharks on Friday October 23, Terry (pictured) will be bringing the inspiration and execution which has won him awards and admirers in equal measure.
The founder of famed restaurant, 21, among others, Laybourne was the first Newcastle chef to be awarded a Michelin star, earning the accolade within three years of opening.
His menu for English rugby's northern derby will see the best North-East produce on show, and is accompanied by a welcome cocktail and sommelier to suggest wine pairings.
Terry said: "I'm delighted to be involved with Newcastle Red Bulls at the start of what promises to be an exciting journey, both on and off the pitch.
"Having the opportunity to bring together some of the UK's leading chefs, many of whom I've had the pleasure of calling friends over the years, to showcase their signature dishes ahead of a fantastic game of rugby is a perfect partnership.
